I got many inquery about hotel stay at downtown Shanghai since the beginning of this year. But the feedbacks from Shanghai starred hotel were disappointing, the rate has been hiked too much, almost doubled.
The good news is that some chain hotels in Shanghai downtown almost keep the usual rate between 60 --- 80 US D for a twin room, some with two services of breakfast.
If you are going to come to China, just come to Shanghai and take the advantage of your China tour to have a look at the Expo as the hotel rate is not as high as you imagined. |
